About Me

Great! A whole section to talk about myself! Where do I begin? It should be one of the easiest things in the world for someone to do, right?

But after a few drafts, that now can be found in my trash, I eventually decided that I should just start writing. Even the greatest biography on earth would not be able to change who I am right now – a water sports lover, amateur musician-wannabe-rockstar and, in words of my mother:
The most handsome guy in the world which any girl would be lucky to have“.

But let me start a couple of decades earlier…

I am one those fortunate kids that grew up with the Christopher Reeve Superman movies. I simply cannot express in words how I felt when I saw this guy flying, fighting and saving the world. I loved it so much that I literally lived a short period of my life wearing a superman suit 24/7 making sure I had perfected the little curly lock of hair down my forehead. I slept, ate, went to school and even took showers with my beloved suit, cape and boots on-the full works. My mom had to sneak into my room every night to take the suit off for washing and drying before I woke up.
One time, I did wake up in the middle of the night finding myself with no suit on. I was so furious that I was ready to use my super powers to punish the perpetrator; obviously, this didn’t work since I was not wearing my suit…

More than 20 years later, although I may know that Mr. Reeve did not really fly nor saved the world, I never fail to get sucked into the magic that is a fantasy movie.
Now, more than ever, I appreciate the talent, process and hard work that it takes to make these movies happen.

Over the last six years, I’ve worked in a huge range of really cool movies. I love what I do, and despite of being an outdoor guy that moves around more than a sugar-crazed kid at Halloween, I can spend endless days and nights in front of my computer immersed in the process of creating images. I can really say, that my work counts among one of my few passions in this world and I am thankful for that.

All in all, I can say that I enjoy my life as much as I can trying and I try not to take it too seriously because as good friend of mine use to say, nobody gets out alive anyway.

Thank you for stopping by!
